It is What it is

A big part of coming to terms with life is to be satisfied with dissatisfaction. What I mean by that is that dissatisfaction is the rejection of what is, and what is is all there can ever be, so what good could it possibly do to be dissatisfied? When one sees this clearly, dissatisfaction falls away. The source of our dissatisfaction may still be undesired, but we are no longer at odds with it. By expecting it and accepting it, paradoxically, we disarm it.
